Cannot install entware

Describe the bug
When I download the .bin and try to install it I get an error. Would love to help fix the problem, but am unsure where to start.

I built the app using a Docker container. When I upload the app to my PR4100 running 5.29.102 I get the error, Incompatible app package file. Please check the app package and try again.

Not certain how to proceed. Is there a newer mksapkg for creating binaries?
