[plugdata] - UDIDAP modifications

We need to process some data coming from plugdata (mainly theme information) and integrate the new feature in to the plugdata compile dialog

• parse plugdata theme files and weave them into the IR
• modify plugdata compiled mode to use the new hvcc feature
