Tabcordion display options dependent on breakpoint

Description

Already spoken to Jonny about this, there is a requirement that on tabs view, you would have a default tab open as that makes sense. However on mobile breakpoint it also makes sense to have the option for these to be default closed, especially if tab 1 has lengthy amounts of content. At the moment the experience is one size fits all.
