Th output_animation collapsed over time

Hello,

Thanks for your amazing work! I tried the demo and got a nice output_mesh.glb. However, the generated output_animation.glb seems abnormal, the first frame is as good as the output_mesh.glb, but it collapsed over time like this.

Could you please drop me a hint of what has caused this?

Would you mind sharing your input video so I can reproduce it to see what's going on there?

Here is the input video and the command i used

python main.py --root example --output results--model Hunyuan --N 1 --n 0 --skip 2 --seed 42 --use_vggt --use_tracking --tracking_camera_radius 8 --blender_path blender-4.2.1-linux-x64/

I also tried with the example data you provided in the repo, but still got an undesirable output_animation.glb. So, I think it is not the problem of the data.

I just got some time to test the Car data you shared, using the same args as yours. Below is my generated output_animation.glb. I didn’t run into any model collapse on my side — did you happen to modify or change any part of the code?
