Looks like you might need pip install setuptools?

fyi, I've got a fork - see https://github.com/jcrben/WoeUSB-ng/blob/master/scratchpad.md - where I've been messing around with the help of ai, needs some cleanup (not sure when I'll get around to that) but I have it working via linuxbrew and pip install -e . then running the woeusbgui cli command

Also has a version which just uses tkinter to avoid the crazy wxPython dependency

Ultimately I was able to build an image and install Windows using this tool
