Why is this a problem?

This documentation content is not a post, but a page. Without knowing its url, we can't access this content. There is no menu item to access it, nor a search on /wordpress.org/support/ with the full title for the search terms.

Suggested Fix

Move the content of this page in a documentation post, and add categories.

This is actually a special page, where the content is defined in code to be translatable on WordPress.org, as it is linked from within individual WordPress sites, when alerting users of an outdated PHP version.

It also has code picking up URL details when linked from WordPress. This is why it is a page, so that a page template can be used, and lives outside HelpHub.

I was about to say the same thing, but I did a search on the code first, and couldn't find "update-php" so I'm not sure it's there or got as far as planned.

I can't find any translated version for fr_FR, so I guess it doesn't work.

Ok, we're going to translate it after copying into an HelpHub article and it will do the job but given the importance of this page, I think it would be necessary to point this issue out to other HelpHub locales so they can also plan to translate this important page.

It's a weird one, I see it's changed a little since I last looked at it.

The text strings that get injected can be seen at https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/browser/sites/trunk/wordpress.org/public_html/wp-content/themes/pub/wporg-support/helphub-update-php-strings.php, and since it's a page template, any locale wishing to have their own localized version would need to create their own page under their forums, and pick that page template, then translate the URL in WordPress to point it at their localized location (this allows them to call it something other than update-php, so that it matches their language).
