Increase Link UI search results when directly adding a Nav Link block variation #68185

What problem does this address?
When adding a Navigation Link block variation (e.g. a Page block) via the Add block flow, the Link UI search results seem limited to only 3 results.

What is your proposed solution?
We should extend this to show the same number as when you click the + appender in the canvas.
