Our custom login page does not include noindex, noarchive. It is a high ranked google search results page. It is not an ideal landing page.

x-robots-tag with noindex,follow is only sent when you visit a sub-URL such as https://login.wordpress.org/?locale=en_US. If you visit https://login.wordpress.org, it is not included.
