Description

How is the repo community_openrank value calculated in a certain time period in the above figure? What does it mean? Is it to facilitate horizontal comparison between different repos, and finally do the results after global normalization?
Because I found that there was a big gap between this value and the community_openrank value of the repo in that month, as shown in the following figure.
