Review test cases with scikit-image #182
Description
When attempting to update a downstream package, there was an error where scikit-image was not installed for python 3.11 and 3.12. This was the result of a bad hinge in xaitk-saliency; however, the CI did not have any errors. This issue is to investigate why this could happen and to modify our test cases as need to fix the lack of coverage.
