[Bug]: Unable to add only one tab to collection

Description

Unable to add only one tab to collection.

Reproduction steps

1. Open multiple tabs.
2. Select one tab.
3. Click on "Add selected tabs".
4. All tabs are added to collection.

Expected behavior

I expect when selecting one tab, only this one is added to collection instead of every tab.

I don't seem to be able to reproduce this. I have a question: did you change this setting? And if so, what did you change it to?

You can see on the screen recording that I only select one tab (Wikipedia) and click on "Add selected tabs" but all the tabs are added to collection.
