2 or more mods cannot be loaded at once

depending on the order i put the mods in, one or the other will actually load and work, despite showing both have loaded in melon loader
I've tried this with different permutations containing creative mod, primitive engineering and the thruster mod, regardless of which ones i load, it has the same issue of one working and the other not
I saw the issue seva posted on the pmf issues page, has v1.2 of the mod manager been updated to install v0.5.1 of pmf?
