Support for generating a Certificate Signing Request

Please, add an example to generate a CSR with CryptoLib4Pascal.
I imagine you may need to add some data structures to describe the X509 format.

I asked several AIs, they are all convinced it is possible, but none of their generated code works:
they invent non-existing units etc. (nothing unexpected there, of course...)

I’ve added CSR support in the following branch:

Please pull it and confirm that it behaves as you expect.

At the moment, only the following curves are supported:

• ECDSA
• Ed25519

RSA is not supported yet and will be added later once RSA support lands in CryptoLib4Pascal.
