Slow NSP install via USB
Bug description
Everytime I try to install an NSP the speed via usb3.0 is insanely slow, i get tops 1.5mb/s.
I forced USB3.0 through atmosphere settings.
About a year ago when I tried to install NSPs it took no more than 10 mins for the same one I'm installing now, the usbc cable is the same, and the port on the pc is too.
usb driver installed through zadig is libusbK (v3.1.0.0)
