Use https://daniel.haxx.se/blog/2024/06/20/inside-22734-steam-games/ for testing. The green text has 4.5:1 contrast vs. white background. If you test at 100% scaling vs. 150% scaling, you'll see that the results for this text are very different. Contrast should be computed using CSS pixel values, which should not vary with display scaling.
