A group of trusted industry leaders who:

• Protect the mission and values
• Actively contribute expertise and reach
• Help expand adoption, credibility, and partnerships

Domains we want represented -Veterinarians (clinical reality check, ethics, adoption)

• Vet techs / nurses (workflow truth, usability, daily pain points)
• Product leaders (roadmaps, prioritization, user-centric design)
• AI / ML experts (model integrity, safety, evaluation)
• Open-source / platform builders (governance, scaling communities)

Track A: Mission Stewards Focus:

• Keep Yosemite Crew aligned with its purpose
• Flag mission drift, ethical risks, and bad incentives
• Pressure-test major decisions (licensing, partnerships, data use)
• Concrete actions: a) Quarterly mission reviews b) Feedback on roadmap + governance changes c) Public credibility (“I stand behind this project”)

Track B: Active Builders & Ambassadors Focus:

• Hands-on help growing the ecosystem
• Concrete actions: a) Introductions to clinics, orgs, or companies b) Speaking, writing, or podcast appearances c) Reviewing PRs, specs, datasets, or product concepts d) Helping recruit contributors or partners

The important part: activity is encouraged, not mandatory, but visibility is.
