`--nopython` mode to use event/target but not coverage

This would be very nice for tools like [Schemathesis](https://schemathesis.readthedocs.io/en/stable/), to e.g. maximize coverage of the schema/status-code/endpoints/etc of a webapp which might not even be written in Python at all.
