Describe the bug
The tour planner does not use ChatGPT's search feature which means the information provided about the route is not up to date. This also means the weather information and route guidance are not correct

Expected behavior
The AI determining the waypoints and generating the tour report should use ChatGPT's web search feature so that all the information is up to date
