Bulk check/uncheck all keys in the config

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a user, I want to add problematic keys gradually. To do that, on the configuration page, I should uncheck each key individually. That takes time and annoys me.

Describe the solution you'd like
I propose to add a new checkbox in the header row of the keys table that will check/uncheck all keys altogether.

Describe alternatives you've considered
This control could be placed under the table as a button or checkbox similar to Set ALL
