Feature Request: Click the already-focused ComboBox input to toggle the open state. #9552

Provide a general summary of the feature here
One option is to always open the popover on click. Another option is to toggle it—close it when it’s open, and open it when it’s closed.
Always opening on click is easier to implement in user code, while toggling is comparatively more tricky—you need to make sure it doesn’t toggle twice when the input receives focus and is clicked.

Clicking the input should toggle the open state.

It doesn’t do anything.
