Reorder actions by user preference

I’m not sure the term but in the “action menu” that slides up on mobile devices I’d love to be able to reorder the actions to suite my preferences.

For example, the default layout seems to suggest that the most common actions should be at the top (where your eyes might visually start) but also where your thumbs must reach farthest to reach. (For me I wish “save” was closer at hand).
