Connection/login errors (leminal.space)

Describe the bug
Getting connection errors when trying to login to instance 'leminal.space'.

From vger.app, entering the instance gives a 'problem connecting' toast even before getting to the credentials screen. I noticed the same response when trying the instance 'linux.community'.

I have spun up my own using Docker at m.leminal.space and set leminal.space as the default instance and it connects and retrieves posts. However, trying to login with valid credentials gives a 'connection error' toast. Trying to login with invalid credentials does produce an 'incorrect login credentials' toast, so it seems to be getting responses from the endpoint.

I am using the Android app and have no problem logging in.

I have checked the Voyager logs and nginx logs for the instance but nothing stands out.

Any ideas about what might cause this, or tips for troubleshooting?

1. Go to 'vger.app' or 'm.leminal.space'
2. Try to login to 'leminal.space'
3. See error toasts

Expected behavior
Login to Lemmy instance.
