Issue #013: tmux Terminal Backend

Description

Implement backend for tmux integration, creating tmux sessions/panes for team task execution.

Acceptance Criteria

• Creates tmux session for team
• Creates tmux pane for each member session
• Writes commands to panes using tmux send-keys
• Captures output using tmux capture-pane
• Handles session cleanup
