[images] json cache grows indefinitely due to different AWS hashes

Ideally, we would unify the cache with the main ncms one anyways, but we need to figure out an automatic purge cycle for this. We don't need the old AWS hash at all (confirm?) once we find a new one with matching filename so can likely discard it.
