Hello. Have you had any experience working with Goodwe ?
I have a Goodwe GW8K-ET, and I am currently assembling a high-voltage battery (800 V, 90 kWh). I haven't picked out a BMS system yet (I don't have any ideas about what to use, so I'd appreciate any recommendations). The BMS isn't installed yet. Can the emulator work based on data from the meter installed on the battery? The meter transmits voltage and current. The rest of the data can be temporarily recalculated proportionally. After installing the BMS, all data can be obtained in real time. Is this implementation of the BMS emulator possible? Thank you in advance for your response.

There is no binding for operating just on voltage and current readings from a meter. And I would not really encourage to do something like that as it could seriously damage your batteries and/or inverter.

I plan to use minimum currents for charging and discharging the battery. I also plan to install a BMS system in the second stage. Can you help me with the GoodWe inverter communication protocol?

The HV pack, you are trying to build needs monitoring with smart BMS system and active balancing. Its fun to build for sure but also extremly dangerous to go without bms. You can probably do few cycles, but the "bad" magic happens due to cells lose balance - under voltage / over voltage. After you specify your self some sort of bms for your pack (probably more that 200 cells) you will end up with some sort of BMS having some kind of protocol (mostly comon Pylon HV) and your Goodwe is compatible with HV pylon CAN protocol.

Master BMS
Slave BMS (16 cells) so you need more to monitor each cell.
They have a multiprotocol fw inside Master unit so you can choose whatever type of inverter to hook up.
