Add reCAPTCHA to Faucet Claim Process

Problem

The faucet is currently vulnerable to automated abuse and spam attacks since there's no verification step before claiming tokens. This could lead to:

• Rapid depletion of faucet funds
• Network congestion from automated requests
• Unfair distribution of test tokens

Solution

Implement Google reCAPTCHA v2 (Checkbox) to:

1. Add a human verification step before token claims
2. Prevent automated abuse of the faucet
3. Ensure fair distribution of test tokens
