(Bug) Fix Page Size tool Auto Orientation setting is still portrait

Description

Using the Fix Page Size tool uploading a pdf with a portrait and landscape photo I'd expect the orientation of the PDF page to be the same as the photo so that photo fills the page better.

Bottom PDF page should be landscape

Steps to Reproduce

1. Converted the .jpegs using the JPG to PDF tool
2. Drag that PDF into the Fix Page Size tool.
3. Target Page Size = A4 Orientation = Auto Content Scaling = Fit
