Statistics service

A service should be added that can generate statistics for a selected time period.

These could include:
- Which cocktails have been made and how often.
- How much of each ingredient has been consumed

Ideally, this service would make use of a history service that could also be used to replay past orders, including customisations, at a later point in time.
