More order customizations

Add more customisation options for orders. These could include:

• Do not add ingredient X.
• Replace ingredient X with ingredient Y.
• Add amount A of ingredient X on top
  • This already exists, but perhaps there should be an option for this configuration to scale with the recipe. This would ensure that the glass volume is not exceeded.
