[Bug]: The hero banner is too large and takes up most of the screen

What happened?

The hero banner is too large and takes up most of the screen.
Can it either scroll up along with the lists of movies or be able to resize it/make it smaller?

Steps to reproduce

Hero banner takes up most of the screen and does not scroll up with the lists of movies and films.
