auto generate vertical video from horizontal video

Update script to take horizontal video that is recorded and produce video in horizontal and vertical formats.
This should be done for the majority of content streams that are currently in place. a new suffix will need to be added so the script knows that after creating the horizontal, to then create the vertical.

vertical videos will come from the center 1/3 of the horizontal video.

enable grids on all devices so that the right frame is captured.

this will allow long form content to also be used for short form videos.
