How to place DMA order? #353
Description
Alpaca recently introduced the DMA.
I'm very interested in it and tried to place a DMA order with the latest golang package, but it seems there's no AdvancedInstructions or similar.
How to place the DMA order (best would be to create an example under the examples directory)? Are there any fees related to the DMA orders? Thank you.
