empty array ([]) in the response when calling the /v2/profiles API

We are receiving an empty array ([]) in the response when calling the /v2/profiles API for some users, even though they have all the required permissions and access. This issue is occurring for multiple accounts. How to solve this?

im facing the same issue. Permissions look fine, app is authorized but the profiles are gone for 2 days now.
Even reauthorizing the application didnt fix it

As a note for anyone else experiencing this, adding accessLevel=view&apiProgram=report as query params resolved it for me

Got following reply from Amazon ads support team

We can confirm that the product team has completed the code fix. However, some additional time is required for the fix to be fully deployed across all regions.

We will keep you updated and notify you as soon as the deployment is complete.

We are also only facing this issue on one of 3 accounts.
permissions are all fine but requesting data doesnt work.

We had profiles fetched before and if we try to get any data with those profileIds we get an "AuthorizeThirdPartyAccess" error.

I also contacted the api support but so far didnt get a response

Lets hope the fix comes fast
