Disable the "Change Theme" option under the "New UI" pop-up

I recently launched sherlock on my mac, and noticed that there's still a way to change themes to dark through a UI pop-up.

This should be disabled.

I'm guessing this to be a first-time-user panel, which we should try disabling.
