Discuss/remove the updates functionality for now? #57
Description
When I click on Settings->Check for Updates on the Welcome Page of Sherlock Platform I get -
"Updates are managed by false"
The updates strategy for platform should be discussed. Till that time we should think of potentially removing this feature on the welcome page?
