Workaround. - Hide Widget header not working/ has no effect under microsoft launcher

I prefer not having a widget header as it take place and duplicate the date of the first calendar event. Setting the widget header layout as well as the date to "hidden" is not working / has no effect under microsoft launcher. Before microsoft launcher I had nova launcher where hiding widget header is working well.

Todo widget settings under "layout" (at least the settings labeled "compact layout" and "widget header") only work/show effect after a phone reboot.
It not related to the laucher.

I just checked hiding/showing Widget Header by changing
Widget Settings -> Layout -> Widget header layout

It works without restart also on Pixel 8 and stock Pixel Launcher.
But for some reason, the changes are applied not every time.

So the problem really exists and it's in a Launcher app rewriting only a part of a widget... As I remember similar problems during development: there was no clear API to instruct a Launcher app to rewrite a widget completely...

Widget header is the part that had the current date and the buttons on the right correct?
