Investigate playwright

puppeteer is a great library but when it comes to E2E testing it suffers from timing issues which lead to fragile tests. Wendigo never really managed to completely fix that although it does indeed improve the situation a bit by providing wrapper functions. Playwright was designed with this in mind and has this functionality baked in.

We recently migrated to Playwright and the results are impressive. No more brittle tests...

Thus I strongly recommend to look into Playwright.

I @tumidi thanks for your comment, I'll have to take a bit more seriously the Playwright alternative then (until now I didn't see a reason for that migration).

In case you or anyone wants to have a go trying the migration to check how does it work, most of Puppeteer-related code resides in the puppeteer_wrapper/ folder (in theory, changes outside this folder should be minimal)
