Add delete my account feature

Description

As a user,
I need to add the delete my account feature to the settings screen.
so that I can or anyone can delete the account from the settings tab.

Acceptance Criteria

Update [Required]

• [LIST ITEMS]

Enhancement to Update [Optional]

• [LIST ITEMS]

Definition of Done

• All of the required items are completed.
• Approval by 1 mentor.

ok. so it has implemented earlier but removed because of an issue. so this feature will not be included in the app, won't it?

Putting this on hold because the delete functionality is still messed up on the backend so we can't add this back yet.
