Add example for displaying code blocks in cards

While discussing how to display code snippets in Anki cards (ankitects/anki#4392), I noticed that the Styling & HTML section of the Anki Manual provides useful information about HTML and CSS, but it doesn’t mention how to format text as inline code or code blocks.

I think it could be useful to include a short example or note about this for users who want to include code snippets in their cards.
