Description of the bug

The sweep creation/assignment fails when attempting to add a sweep to a Q2D setup with a Closed solution type.

Steps To Reproduce

Launch ANSYS Electronics Desktop using PyAEDT.

Create a new Q2D Extractor design.

Create simple conductor geometry using PyAEDT APIs.

Assign materials and boundary conditions programmatically.

Create a Q2D setup via PyAEDT.

Set the setup solution type to Closed.

Attempt to create and assign a sweep (frequency or parametric) to the Q2D setup using PyAEDT sweep APIs.

Run the analysis.

Expected Behavior

The sweep should be created and successfully assigned to the Q2D setup when the solution type is set to Closed.

Actual Behavior

Sweep creation or assignment fails when using PyAEDT with a Q2D setup configured with a Closed solution type.
