Instance duplication issue

UI queries instances by service, instances are duplicated,
instance names are not specified and use default uuid@host,
SkyWalking 10.2.0, BanyanDB 0.8.0

0.9 should have fixed it. But I am not sure which commitID.

I remember there was a similar case, but 0.9 fixed many issues about query.
