[Improvement]Refactor Collection Settings Page UI/UX

The collection settings page at /collections/{collection_id}/settings needs to be refactored.

Key changes required:

• Improve Aesthetics: Update the overall look and feel to be more modern and visually appealing.
• Reorganize Layout: Restructure the layout of UI elements for better clarity and ease of use.
• Clean Up Data Sources: Remove any unsupported data source options from the list.
• Change Default Setting: The "MinerU API" toggle should be disabled by default.
