Description
Background
On the /web/collections/colf647334c60b53583/documents page, users need a convenient way to rebuild only the failed document indexes without manually selecting each one. Currently, there's no batch operation to handle failed index rebuilding efficiently.
Proposal
Add a "Rebuild Failed Indexes" button to the documents page that will:
- Identify and rebuild only documents with "failed" index status
- Skip documents with "completed" or "skipped" status
- Provide batch processing functionality for improved user experience
