Change in configuration applied without restart of integration

Currently configuration requires HA restart to be applied. 
At minimum - SLX Charging Controller should be "restarted" on it's own.
In ideal solution - changes in configuration should be separated to one that can be applied without full restart of SLX Charging controller and other that will require "integration restart"
It's a bigger task. Rather create new branch for those changes.
