Turn_off: 400 - Bad Request #747

The problem

Describe the bug

I am receiving a 400 - Bad Request error whenever the turn_off service is called for a Miele device. This seems to originate directly from the integration's switch component.

Error Log

Context

  • Device: [Miele washing machine WWE860 ]

Additional Information

The error occurs consistently. It doesn't seem to be related to custom automation logic but rather to how the turn_off command is structured or handled in switch.py at line 206. Is it possible that the API expects a different payload or that the device state prevents this action

Version of miele integration having the issue?

v2025.5.0

Version of Home Assistant Core having the issue?

2026.1.3
