Provide Runtime Workspace Id

• When I use the Clockify Service, I can provide a workspace ID at runtime with a fluent API WithWorkspace()
  • This WorkspaceId overrides any configured default Workspace ID as defined in Provide Default Workspace Id At Startup #305
