Add support for "jump to definition" in dependency jars

smithy-lang/smithy-language-server#7 introduced an endpoint for "jump to definition" for smithy dependency jars.

The plugin should add support for this endpoint, enabling "jump to definition" for dependencies, and the Smithy prelude.
