Badges for Jenkins plugin install data is broken?

Before opening an Issue for this, I wanted to ask if there's a reasonable reason why I might be seeing what I'm seeing.

When I go to https://plugins.jenkins.io/job-import-plugin/ I see 2 badges:

The 2nd one (with a source of https://img.shields.io/jenkins/plugin/i/job-import-plugin.svg?color=blue) seems broken. I spot checked one other random plugin with this same badge (https://plugins.jenkins.io/next-build-number/), and I see the same thing.

Is this likely broken on the Jenkins plugin server end (misconfigured, not sending data to shields.io), or on the plugin page end (wrong URL for the badge), or is there something wrong on the shields.io end not able to get or parse that install data?
