Improve the XML access BBE description or consider splitting the example #10233

Attribute access isn't as clear as it can be in the title or the description.
Suggested Improvement
The description starts with "It is possible to access elements in XML." and lists attribute access under it, which isn't quite correct.
At least improve the description to reflect attribute access better.
