Problem

Currently, Ballerina does not provide native support for connecting to file servers via the SMB protocol. This limits the ability to interact with Windows-based file shares from Ballerina applications.

Proposed Solution

Introduce a new Ballerina library to connect to file servers using the SMB protocol. The library should also provide the support for Kerberos and NTLM authentication mechanisms.
